I have worked for 20 years in the Air Cargo Industry gaining experience on both the Freight Forwarding and General Sales Agency side of the business. In my previous role heading up one of the UK ‘s largest GSA’s it became apparent to me that often from a client’s perspective being the biggest isn’t always best!

One of the key drivers for me in establishing Select Airline Management is to work in partnership with our client airlines. In having the time to create deep and long lasting relationships with our clients we not only substantially increase their  business but at the same time stretch our abilities and expertise in this highly competitive field.

David Lee: Director

Shane Gill: General Manger

My addiction to working in the Airline Industry began young. I still find myself addicted to the ever changing dynamics of the industry. No day is the ever the same, each project a fresh and new challenge.

Over the years not only have I enjoyed the ultimate in job satisfaction I have had the opportunity to visit places and experience cultures in the world that very few of us are privileged to do.  My wealth of experience and time spent in the industry has led to me building and maintaining long standing relationships with clients and partners. My enthusiastic and positive outlook is infectious and I manage a strong and happy team here at Select.
