Client Challenge

LOT Polish Airlines were represented in the UK by a Pan European GSA. They were experiencing a decline in their market share due to representational conflicts with rival airlines within the UK territory.

LOT Polish approached Select because they are a UK specific GSA and will only work with non conflicting carriers.

Select Solution

Select created targeted sales and marketing campaigns to increase their awareness but more importantly looked at opening up new revenue streams and products to regain their profitability and market share. This was done by specifically targeting regional flights from the UK as well as introducing new cargo options including mail and courier services.

Select Results

Within six months of working with Select LOT Polish have seen increases in market share from 50% to 87%* on the Warsaw route alone. The positioning of LOT Polish has been significantly enhanced and a platform for future growth secured.
